Some Answers to your questions

What time is drop & diner offered?
Doors open for drop & dine from 6:00pm. You can pickup your child/children anytime prior to 9:00pm. Please remember that late pickup charges apply.
What time does Salute’s open for dinnner?
Monday to Thursday 5:30pm – 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday 5:30pm – 9:00pm, Sunday 5:30pm – 8:00pm
What can I do at the Club when children are in Drop & Dine?

Great question! We have a range of offerings available to you for a night out from dining at Salute to our amazing raffles. See our What’s on page for more information.

Are the staff looking after my child/children first aid trained?
Tabatinga staff and Club Managers are first aid trained. 
What activities will the children be engaged in?
With full access to the entire play structure, we are sure the children will have a blast! Movies, entertainment, and fun are guaranteed to ensure your children enjoy their time at Drop & Dine.
Can someone else pick up my child for me?
We would prefer that the guardian of the children who signs them in, is the one who collects them. If however, another individual is required to collect the children, written consent is mandatory. Please discuss this with the Tabatinga staff at the time of drop-off. 
Are there any penalties for late pickup?
It is important that your child/children are collected by 9:00 pm as a late pickup will incur a $50 fee.
Can food options be adjusted?
We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary requirements for your children. We encourage you to speak with one of our team members at drop-off or email us at tabatinga@ingleburnrsl.com.au for any questions or concerns.
Can my child attend if under 4 but toilet trained?
Unfortunately, we can only accept children from the age of 4 years old who can use the bathrooms independently. We encourage all parents/carers to send a change of spare clothes for the younger children. 
What if my child has allergies?
We take allergies very seriously and know that many parents worry about them. If your child has any allergies that we need to be aware of, we will require you to fill out the necessary paperwork to understand the circumstances. In some cases, we may also discuss an Allergy Action Plan with you. Feel free to contact us here if you require more information.  
How does Tabatinga handle challenging behaviours?
If Tabatinga staff feel that behaviour needs to be addressed, the parent/guardian of the child/ren will be contacted immediately. If behaviour persists, Tabatinga staff will contact you to collect your child. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
