Cancellation Policy

The Ts & Cs and Cancellation policies are as follows:

Payments

• Payment of the deposit acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final payment of the party. The full balance must be paid on or before the Wednesday prior to your event. This is non negotiable.
• If you are not contactable for our confirmation call during the week before the party, please contact the centre prior. If no confirmation is completed Tabatinga will select the children’s food.

Party Inclusions

• Plates, cups, napkins, spoons, cake knife and a lighter can be provided by Tabatinga Ingleburn.
• You are welcome to bring your own decorations. Please discuss this with the Party Coordinator during the confirmation call. NO HELIUM TANKS OR CONFETTI are permitted in the centre.
• A limited amount of allocated seating will be provided for adults for each party room. No additional seats will be guaranteed.
• Maximum numbers depend on the room booking and age of children attending the party. Please speak with the Party Coordinator if you are unsure.
• If you bring more than your confirmed quantity of children, they will not be catered for, and general entry charges apply.

Party Details

• Access to the party rooms begins at the start of your session and you are required to vacate the party room/table at the end of the party.
• Please Note: Birthday Child MUST be included in final numbers.
• We cannot allow early access due to time restrictions and cleaning requirements.
• Our Venue closes trade at 5:30pm unless stated otherwise.
• Please note, each package includes a minimum fixed price. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided if fewer than package minimum children attend.
• You may bring in your own party bags. Party bags are to be handed out at the conclusion of your party. Please note, no discounts apply for the provision of own theming or party bags. Party bags MUST be NUT FREE.
• Each child receives one main meal (chosen from two selected options) served with a side of chips, plus one serving of the chosen snack.
• Unlimited cordial and water will be provided to all party packages (excluding table reservations).

Cancellations

• Deposit is fully refundable if booking is cancelled with more than 7 days notice before event date.
• If cancelled within 7 days of event, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
• No REFUNDS will be issued for no shows after confirmation of party numbers.
• For any cancellations of your party, please contact us immediately.
• There is no fee to move a party booking if moved prior to confirmation.
• Management decision is final.
