The club industry’s premier dining competition is designed to showcase the incredible quality and variety of food on offer at clubs across NSW and our Salute Restaurant is diving straight in – bringing you their perfect plate. Osso Bucco.

How Voting Works

The Perfect Plate Awards are decided by the public – voting commences on Tuesday, 30 April and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday, 16 June 2024

Diners must purchase our Perfect Plate competition dish.
Diners vote by scanning the unique QR code for the dish in our venue.

Diners must give the dish a score between 1 and 5 and enter their name, email address, mobile number, and a photo of their receipt as proof of purchase. Diners can only vote once per dish – duplicate votes will not be counted.

6-hour slow cooked MSA graded Northern Rivers beef shin

Osso Buco, the perfect comfort food – A traditional slow cooked Italian dish that features delicious meltingly tender meat with a rich flavourful bone marrow.

This succulent MSA graded Northern Rivers beef shin is slow cooked for 6-hours in a tomato, garlic, rosemary, and red wine sauce and served with roast pumpkin, mash potato and buttered beans topped with toasted almonds.

Questions and Answers

How do I vote?

Diners simply scan your eatery’s unique QR code after ordering your competition dish and complete the form to submit a score between one and five. Diners will also need to upload a photo of their receipt to prove they purchased the dish, and we’ll provide a paper form to enable any patrons without a smartphone to cast their vote.

Rest assured we’ll provide a paper form to enable any patrons without a smartphone to cast their vote. Please speak to Salute staff for more details.

Can I vote for the dish more than once?

Diners can only vote for our dish once and need to prove that they purchased the dish they are voting for by attaching a photo of their receipt. This ensures that all votes are legitimate and provides a level playing field for all clubs.

How will I know if Salute’s dish wins?

The winning clubs/dishes will be announced at a special Awards Night in mid-July. The date will be announced soon and we will provide more information via our social media channels.
